Hoje, mal cobre 211 mil hectares, presente em apenas 0,84% da \u00e1rea do Estado. Essa \u00e1rea \u00e9 protegida por lei estadual, LEI N\u00ba 13.550, DE 2 DE JUNHO DE 2009 \u2013 Lei da prote\u00e7\u00e3o do Cerrado. Ela cita, em seu Artigo 1\u00ba &#8211; Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico \u2013 \u201cos remanescentes de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa das fisionomias descritas no artigo 2\u00ba ter\u00e3o seu uso e supress\u00e3o regulados por esta lei\u201d.<br \/>\nA mesma esclarece tamb\u00e9m que o fato de existirem poucas \u00e1rvores, ou mesmo nenhuma, n\u00e3o interfere em sua identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e prote\u00e7\u00e3o, como esclarece \u201cArtigo 2\u00ba &#8211; IV &#8211; campo: \u201cvegeta\u00e7\u00e3o predominantemente herb\u00e1cea e, eventualmente, com \u00e1rvores no formato arbustivo, cuja paisagem \u00e9 dominada principalmente por gram\u00edneas e a vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o lenhosa, quando existente, \u00e9 esparsa.\u201d<br \/>\nA partir dessas informa\u00e7\u00f5es solicitamos aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os fiscais, para que n\u00e3o haja maiores preju\u00edzos ao patrim\u00f4nio natural, a Interdi\u00e7\u00e3o, desocupa\u00e7\u00e3o e recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4774 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/seae-embu.org\/anterior\/seae\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/loteamento_irregular_jardim_jane_2.jpg\" alt=\"loteamento_irregular_jardim_jane_2\" width=\"430\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seae-embu.org\/anterior\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/loteamento_irregular_jardim_jane_2.jpg 526w, https:\/\/seae-embu.org\/anterior\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/loteamento_irregular_jardim_jane_2-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/seae-embu.org\/anterior\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/loteamento_irregular_jardim_jane_2-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 430px) 100vw, 430px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A SEAE denunciou em maio de 2016 o desmatamento e loteamento irregular em \u00e1rea de Cerrado Paulista em terreno \u00e0s margens da Rodovia R\u00e9gis Bittencourt (BR116), entre os km 22 e 23, bem em frente \u00e0 passarela que liga o Parque Jane ao Jardim Vista Alegre.
